During her career, Regan has gone from the classroom to the statehouse, and from law to philanthropy, in her relentless pursuit of economic and educational equity. Before coming to the Foundation, she practiced law with Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard P.L.L.C. She also applied her experience in the classroom as an ESL math educator with Teach For America to advocate for better educational policies at the Texas legislature.
